Our Liner Process - Step 1

During the process we will be sending you all the information you need, including some short videos to help you understand the process!
Biggest thing you need to know, if we need something from you, we’ll reach out. You don’t have to worry about anything!

STEP 1 - MEASURE
The first step in our liner replacement process is a detailed, on-site measurement of your pool. Every liner we install is custom-manufactured, so accurate measurements are essential to ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free fit.
We follow a systematic measuring method that captures multiple reference points throughout the pool. These measurements are sent to our partner (Latham) to create a liner built specifically for your pool’s exact shape and dimensions.
While we’re on-site, we also perform a general inspection of the pool structure. This includes a visual check of the walls, floor, steps, coping, and track system for any signs of rust, settling, cracks, or other issues that could affect the installation or lifespan of the new liner. If we notice anything that hasn’t been perviously discussed, we’ll give you a call before moving forward.
Accurate measurements are the foundation of a successful liner installation, and this first step ensures everything that follows goes smoothly.

Most customers are measured within 7 days after receiving your deposit. During busy seasons, scheduling may take a little longer, but don’t worry we’ve got some cushion built into the schedule!

Our measurement tech will send you a text the day before, and the day of measuring to make sure you know we will be there. If you need special accommodations let the office know so we can make arraignments.

Yes. In most cases, the measurement is completed in a single visit. Our technician will take all necessary dimensions during that appointment. If anything unusual is discovered or additional information is needed, we’ll reach out and let you know we need to come back out. If we need to come back out, don’t worry. You won’t loose your spot in line!

If you’ve booked renovation items that require work before the measurement steps, our office will be in touch about completing those and measurements will be taken after the renovations are done!
